Review on 👟 Natural Metallic TOMS Women's Athletic Sandals - Women's Shoes by Dean Love

I really like these shoes but with all the reviews saying how comfortable they are I was surprised by the lack of cushioning and support in the sole. I originally bought these as work shoes because I wanted something more comfortable but nicer than tennis shoes. They're nothing fancy though, and probably don't support my longer shifts enough - although they're probably fine for my shorter shifts or everyday use. I will keep them to support the company's mission to give shoes to children in need; However, the next time I just need a pair of casual flats, I'll just go to Target and spend a third of the cost. I also noticed that the inside of the shoe is very rough at the back and irritates my skin. I'll probably use some fabric glue and a strip of soft cotton to cover it. The rear of the shoe is stiff and doesn't "step out" easily - not a problem for me, but worth mentioning. The vamp (the upper part of the shoe between the ankle hole and the toe box) is slightly longer than I expected, giving the visual effect of slightly elongating the foot. Again, this isn't critical, but worth mentioning in terms of style. Conclusion: As leisure shoes they are great, but overpriced. They are not comfortable enough to wear all day.
