I bought this speaker to use when cycling. When it arrived I was blown away by the sound quality for a speaker THIS SIZE. I have several small bluetooth speakers of the same size and the sound quality is much better with this one. If you hold the speaker in your hand, you can feel the bass kick. Also large volume. When cycling I have to turn it off to annoy other cyclists on the route. What surprised me, however, is how well it works as a speakerphone. I occasionally work from home and make quite a lot of phone calls. Other Bluetooth speakers I've had have been terrible as speakers, including one marketed specifically as a hands-free phone. For the price I paid I cannot recommend this product enough. I haven't had any quality issues either. It seems to me that this is a reliable design. 6/12/2021 EDIT: It's been 2 years now and I still think this BT speaker is amazing!
