It only took two hours to figure out how to string the tension rope. Holy cow! The instruction pictures seem ok, and the text elaborates.until you get to the step where the tension string is fed back through the pulley. OMG! I'm no noob when it comes to assembly and technical matters, I used to be a tech writer in a previous job, but the illustration at the most crucial step is awful. My wife and I almost got divorced over this. Finally, she went off to dig up some landscaping and I disassembled and googled and restrung and tried everything I could.until EUREKA! I got it! I wish I could describe to all to make it easier, but I can't. It works well, looks good. Oh, mine shipped without the pull string anchor piece but rigged something else to wrap the excess rope when it's pulled up. I recommend it only if you are someone who can tackle this methodically and logically.
