I smoke - I know. bad bad. However, I go to the dentist every 3 months to have my teeth cleaned. Lately I haven't had the money for a 3 month brushing and tar is building up on my teeth and my gums are receding. This is absolutely the best product I have ever used. I was able to use the scraper within 5 days of use and the resin came off easily. It also dissolved tartar without scaling or scratching. I intend to use this product for the rest of my life and eventually break this nasty habit. It also helps with bad breath. Remember to use this as directed after each meal.
