I bought these straps to replace on my Dyson DC14. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The quality was at least as good as the originals. Fitting straps to a Dyson is a real pain, but it's not the seller's fault, it's Dyson's tight build. I bought a Dyson belt tool which made the job a lot easier and only cost a few bucks here at Revain. Dyson will tell you that if the clutch turns out to be bad the entire clutch assembly needs to be replaced, the 'new' side will do and it costs nothing to do it yourself. There are many videos on YouTube to help you with this. It's not really that hard, Dyson just wants to sell the entire clutch assembly for $80.
