Sorry for the long review! I bought four flavors/formulas: Mango, Mulberry + Flavors, Tropical and Tropical + Flavors. I saw a Facebook post about this feed and decided to give it a try. First of all, my geckos usually go crazy for food. However, with the addition of insects, all three didn't touch the mulberry with insects (I deducted a star for that reason). A few differences I noticed between this formula and Pangea/Rephasia with insects, the Pangea formula has a pre-blended grainier texture and you can see the bits of insects both before and after adding water, the gentle Gecko formula has small ones Bits, they can be bits of bugs. but it is not the larger visible pieces like pangea, the powder is also much smoother than fragrant pangea. I also want to mention the measuring spoon that comes with the bag, it's huge! No gecko can eat that much at once, even larger geckos like leeches. I personally use a small green scoop and spend about half a scoop per gecko. I also mentioned on Facebook that I left food in my terrarium for two days, the company representative replied that the food should be thrown away after 24 hours, this is also different from pangees, I can leave my pangees in my terrarium. The tank for 48 hours is fine, both formulas are completely dry after 48 hours, even if you don't mix enough water, both formulas will form a layer of dry food with a layer of wet food underneath, this is common with all CGDs if your proportions aren't right. Also note that if your gecko doesn't like bananas, this formula won't work for you as all the flavors offered are banana based. From the ingredients a great food, unfortunately I can't give it five stars because none of my geckos touch it. To show the food front and back in the photos, the food exposed, the scoop versus my scoop, the formula just mixed with water, and the formula after letting it sit for 5 minutes. Feed immediately but tender dude requires you to wait for food to cook before feeding) Mango Formula and Tropical Formula got a much better response from my feeding team, all 3 ate and finished their bowls with both flavors, I want those Mango smells mention More like a banana than a mango but my 3 didn't mind lol so 5/5 stars for the regular fruit mixes. And finally I tried the tropical bug mix, I made the same notes as mulberry plus bug. but this mix had mixed reactions to feeding, while my day gecko didn't seem to like it (she licked a few times and then ignored it), my two gargoyle geckos cleaned their bowls! So 5/5 for that with my gargoyle and 4/5 for my day gecko lol. Overall, this appears to be a quality food, on par with Pangea and Rephasia (they are allowed to have Rephasia and Pangea flavors, which my geckos don't touch, so the food is about the same at my house). I would definitely try this meal! I love that they have different flavors that I've never seen before and the price is reasonable if you're going to be ordering CGD from Revain anyway!
