This tablet was purchased at the GUM company store. 10/13/2022 I kindly request that you inform anyone considering buying this model that it lacks a proximity sensor. Instead, software that locks the screen when called is employed. An INTENSE double tap is needed to remove the restriction, following which the screen will light up for two seconds before turning off. If you are an old or disabled individual, you are not permitted to select another ring mode or dial keys during this period. The business is unrepentant in this regard. I made claims to the shop, but they rejected me. Despite my request being clear, the seller did not explain these features to me. Additionally, the tablet was not displayed in the storefront, and the seller did not provide the necessary demonstration. The corporation terminated my subscription with a "dry" response, despite the fact that my primary criticism was of the work's quality and did not mention any legal matters. I do not advise using this Samsung tablet or service. (My first review was not posted on the website; it is likely that the administrators only post reviews that are "convenient" for the business.)
