The main reason I bought this waffle maker is so my wife and I don't have to make multiple batches of waffles to support our family. Usually someone has already eaten by the time the next waffles are ready. This waffle maker makes FOUR large waffles at once, which we find extremely useful. It really cuts down on breakfast time which is important on our weekends. The only negative I can say about this waffle maker is that it's quite heavy; You need to bake the waffles longer than the timer suggests for them to turn golden brown. Once you get used to the waffle maker and the timing, it makes incredible waffles and FOUR at a time!
