Didn't do what was advertised
Just waste of money, had trouble connecting to a router less than 40ft away. Not only was the signal strength weaker than my laptop's built-in receiver, it kept getting disconnected and sometimes just stopped working. I had to restart the laptop for it to recognize the device again. I was worried it was an issue with my laptop and not this device, but I tried it on my friend's laptop and got the exact same results. Buyers be careful, do not buy this item, you might throw your money in the hole somewhere.
