First things first: I am a state-certified nail designer and have been doing manicures for 15 years. it was good. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that the pictures are a bit deceiving: they aren't black and glittery. These are high gloss colors. It might work for some, but it didn't create the look I wanted for my Halloween costume. In general a good product. I wasn't impressed with the effect of the cat's eye on the magnet - it's very minimal and barely noticeable. The glow in the dark feature is pretty cool and works well. Pro tip: after looking at photo reviews: make layers thinner. This formula is thicker due to its chunky glitter nature. So making your layers thinner will prevent the lumpy mess I see in several of these photos.
