First of all I really like this case. Meets all my requirements and looks good. When the table is not in use, it looks better. I have an 8 foot table that is just under 100 inches long and just under 56 inches wide. The specs say this cover measures 100 inches by 56 inches without the drape, so it had to be perfect. Perfect would get 5 stars. The bedspread was easy to unfold and put on, but it took a bit of pulling like a sheet to put it on and it fits just right. I measured the distance from seam to seam. I measured 99 x 55 inches. It fits my table but is narrower than I expected. It's been 4 days and the corners haven't slipped off like an unsuitable sheet. I noticed from some customer photos that the fit was quite tight. In my photos you can see him approaching my table. I think it looks good because it fits snugly, the creases from folding aren't that pronounced. I expect that over time, when the creases are completely gone, I'll find that the cover is actually 100" x 56". Although it serves my purpose. Because the pool table is large, it has become a welcome place in the house to play cards, board games, D&D, etc. I didn't think the flimsy vinyl cover I had would keep out a spilled drink or unwary eater. So I ordered this sturdy case that was 30% less than what I could get locally and paired it with a new large black thin vinyl case. Reviewers from both called them waterproof, or at least waterproof. Now I feel safe to allow my kids and their friends to use the table for games other than billiards and I feel comfortable. I quote that I find the fit tighter than expected. I would recommend this to other 8ft pool table owners if you are sure your table is no larger than 100" x 56". If your table is 101.25" or 56.25" I would recommend buying a 9ft cap and making it slightly larger.
