Easy to use and effective CRM software for managing client database

The best thing about this tool was its ability, which helped us in improving our customer retention rate as well increasing sales revenue simultaneously! Also we have benefited from their support team's assistance whenever required during implementation or any other time too when needed!! Nothing much yet but I can say one important feature would definitely help me if integrated with my website CMS system rather than being standalone like currently implemented at present. This will surely benefit customers who visit site frequently since there won't need them re-enter data everytime so easy accessability through mobile devices etc., also reduce manual work load thus saving precious resources over limited workforce available especially where high turnover rates exist among employees (as per current scenario).
