Full covers needed for my 2016 Fusion. The ones for my particular car didn't have the coverage I wanted but they are for 2017 and up. Gender differences are minimal and fit well with the 2013-2016 Fusion. The clips are there and no problem. An additional benefit is that the main difference between 2016 and 2017 is that the new cars have a wider footrest. By using these insoles I have extra room for my foot as the 13-16 footrest is a bit narrower. I would post pictures but the pictures posted by a previous reviewer are identical to what it looks like in my car.
