I have been using this product almost daily for almost six months after switching from another brand. I use it with a Single Cup Ceramic Cone - BeeHouse Ceramic Coffee Filter - Large - Drip Cone Coffee Maker - and the two products work great together. The paper filters the coffee, which is what it's supposed to do. It fits well in the cone and is well made. Another reviewer claimed that the filter is too tall and when pouring water from the kettle the filter detaches from the cone. I haven't had this experience, but I also rinse the filter in the cone with boiling water before adding coffee and water used to brew coffee. This rinsing step is recommended by most experts who guide manual coffee preparation. It should wash the paper taste off the filters. The rinsing step also serves to attach the filter to the cone. Another tip if the cone is too big is to fold over the bottom of the seam.
