Review on Freud Flush Solid Surface 85 227 by Matthew Miles

Be careful when ordering this nozzle. It was supposed to be for hard surfaces and have a plastic case, but it wasn't. I ordered seven Freud bits and as this was the first I didn't notice the missing hub. Because I used it to carve a porcelain sink, it burned the bearing and burned a black line into the sink that won't come off. Ruined the sink. After LOTS and LOTS of emails to Freud with pictures etc (I think it's the manufacturer's fault) they finally agreed to replace the beater without mentioning that I paid for my $75 sink. Other bits work great, like this one, if you use the base of the router as a guide and don't rely on a bearing.
