This is a "punch valve". I need to return this and have already ordered a "self sealing" replacement faucet. The EPA does not permit the manufacture of refrigerant cylinders of the type this faucet has been used on since 2017. Produced today, this faucet is not good. They make adapters for plastic glasses if you already have one, but they seem to get bad reviews.
