Don't waste money.
My dog has had a urinary tract infection for almost a year now. (She was on antibiotics all the time.) After the first 5 months my vet prescribed her along with antibiotics. I bought two of these bowls and gave the recommended 3 chews a day, every day for several months, and there was no noticeable improvement either during or after.
