Review on Arteck Ultra Thin 9 7 Inch Bluetooth Rotating Silver by Arturo Reyes

Update 11/20/18: Contacted Arteck customer service and offered a replacement based on this review. I no longer needed a tablet keyboard and declined. They came to us again with a very generous decision. I am amazed at their willingness to make things right and have updated my review due to their amazing customer service. Originally ordered for the iPad Mini. This is in good condition and works as advertised. Also ordered one for the iPad Air 2 which is used normally. The keyboard works great, but sometimes you have to turn it off and on again to connect if you leave it on. too long without use. The back pad that holds the keyboard to the iPad also appears to be coming loose after just a few months of use. The keyboard didn't come loose after initial installation, so there's no logical reason for this pad to slip off during normal use. Also ordered another one for a family member and they are very happy with this product. My first rating was 5 stars. , have been downgraded due to the above two issues. For an inexpensive keyboard and cover combo, this is a good solution, especially for those of us who prefer a regular keyboard to a pop-up screen.
