Review on hikevalley by Karl Swift

Hikevalley's subpar quality control and unreliable customer support have left me feeling dissatisfied. Even though I found a lot of cool stuff on their easy-to-navigate website, I didn't always get what I ordered. My experience with customer support was slow, unhelpful, and ultimately unsatisfactory. It was annoying that the returns procedure was difficult and that I had to cover the cost of return postage. Overall, you can't put your trust in Hikevalley as a retailer because of their terrible customer support and erratic product quality.
