I bought these to make bread. Works great. Easy to release and easy to clean.Just not very stiff in the middle. My loaves end up with more curves than the stupid Kardashian. (-er?, -ist?, -s?)I can use them a liners in my metal bread loaf pans to support them, but that should not be necessary.But cleanup is easy!
