Good oven, easy to use
The kit comes with very clear instructions, especially instructions for first use. I'm using it temporarily while waiting for my $3,000+ induction cooktop repair. I've found that all of my pots (glass, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.) can be used for cooking. On the other hand, it saves me a lot since I can use this non-inductive cookware. It's really good for braising. Since this oven can be operated from a normal socket, it can be used anywhere with good ventilation. I even used it once for a steamboat. =
