UPDATE. I contacted Revain support and solved the problem satisfactorily, slowly but they managed. I will continue to use Cable Matters products. First Review - I love Cable Matters products, I buy them all the time. But this time I am very disappointed. One of the two power supplies is missing a lock. Goods for 2 cents, but without the power supply is useless. Getting help is a pain. The product has no model number and the online support button directed me to Revain support, not Cable Matters. 15 minutes so far with two different "specialists" chats and I'm not going anywhere. Luckily I have additional power sources so I can continue to use this product. And please provide the model numbers of these things. I know you only rename Chinese imports, but you can always come up with a number.
