Update: awesome customer service. Although the product didn’t work for us, Zoutog’s customer service is easy to work with and truly want their customers to be pleased with their purchases. I’m updating my 1 star to 3 based on my customer experienceMy 12lb, 7month old Cavapoo destroyed the disc in less than 10 mins. We received the Animals box on last Thursday and I’ve been picking up rope pieces ever since (today is Tuesday). We are down to the giraffe, hippo, duck and elephant. The elephant is showing signs of its demise and will probably end up in the trash by Friday.Not worth the money or headache of constantly checking your pup’s mouth to ensure he isn’t swallowing the string.These would work for a pup who isn’t teething or one that isn’t a toy destroyer. I think my baby wants to prove that he’s a big dog trapped in a little pup’s body.
