The video on the Dexter website for the Motive product shows that it has a heavy duty reinforced hose to keep it from collapsing. Well when my device arrived it was just a regular clear plastic tube, not like the picture on the Dexter website which also shows a closed valve which I didn't have. As a result, the hose leaked at the junction and collapsed with a closed kink. The leak of course didn't let me pump the gaps, I even tried hanging it from the rafters so gravity would help. The part that connects to the trailer was also leaking and as a result the paint on my trailer was melting away exposing bare metal due to leaking brake fluid. Complete mess and not working, I wonder if it's fake. real garbage.
