Great way to teach related subjects before it falls apart

We love this item for our little ones but I have some concerns about the longevity of the month, day and date displays. They've loosened up since we received the item about a week ago so I'm wondering how long they actually stay in place when placed next to a specific month, day or date. After about 5 months I had to glue the ladybug back together. after it collapsed. The Weather Arrow is now so dim that it doesn't point at anything, it just hangs and points straight down. The hands of the clock are also weakened, so that the minute hand only hangs and also points downwards. I think I need to buy something else.
