Very easy - just plug in the cigarette lighter, select a channel and turn on Bluetooth. I mainly use it to play iPhone music on my old 2003 Honda CRV. I'd say the main downside is that the playlist isn't "sticky" - ie. If you get out of the car and then back in, you'll pretty much have to go through the playlist again after the Bluetooth connection reestablishes itself. I had another device where it starts playing the last song on the fly. A bit annoying too - if you get a call while Bluetooth is on on the device it pretty much takes control - i.e. I can't get a call from my phone.
