Well, soft cloth mouse pads are the best. I've had a hard surface mouse pad for a long time, mostly because it was really cool, backlit and all, but I decided it was - for me at least - degrading mouse performance too much, so I went looking for one Material . one without compromising the light show and the overall picture. This mouse pad is really perfect; soft surface on which the mouse slides easily, the rubberized back does not slip on the table. To my surprise it's not laid on a hard board - it can be rolled like any other regular rug but when laid on a table it sits flat and snug. At an incredible price, this is my new favorite mouse pad!
