Battery came professionally packaged, even covered in protective clear plastic, which was barely noticeable. Unfortunately the installation instructions didn't mention this plastic, but it should be removed before installation to allow the battery to properly vent heat. So far looks like the battery is working fine - I ran it down to 7% a few times and charged it back up, seems to be holding a good charge. Great that it came with the screwdrivers, but wished that it also came with a couple of those little battery and case screws, rather than the extra rubber feet, as the little screws are easier to lose or strip. I did lose a screw and had to order extra screws separately. Overall a solid product, so far working fine. Battery monitor apps are also reporting good charging and capacity.
