Not only am I satisfied with their products, which by the way are of excellent quality and look stylish, but their commitment to excellent customer service has become a reality! Very thoughtful and generous! I bought their product for a friend shortly after receiving mine because I was confident they would appreciate the quality of materials, looks and functionality to 'allow' this in their beautiful car . But having already bought one for my friend, I received an email thanking me for the purchase and offering a 10% discount on buying one for a friend. "Numbers," I giggled, replying to an email telling them I loved their product so much I had already bought it for a friend and essentially missed out on a nice deal. They sent another email saying they appreciate my business and positive feedback and said they will give me $10 in compensation for my previous purchase! What a blessing! Any other company would just say "cool beans!" This is truly a company that stands behind their products and knows what real customer service is! God bless you! I have a Chevy Silverado by the way and the bucket seat cover and back seat cover fit great! Very easy to paste. No problems with smell or anything like that. I have fluffy cats and my dogs and I am usually a carrier of this fluff which gets transferred to the fabric of my black upholstery in my truck. Doesn't work with these cases. Just unbelievable! Sand and dirt are shaken off immediately. The dogs haven't puked on them yet, but I'm sure we'll be fine if they do!
