The color of the anodised pads for the mounting screws was actually exactly the same as the photo on site. There was a full set of components including some items I don't need (plastic end caps and self-adhesive foam pads). The nuts provided were nylon self-locking nuts. Two types of washers were provided: flat and spring. I've used both, so there's little chance the mounted plate will ever come loose from vibration. The screw heads for the security machines were a nice feature and the inclusion of a dedicated hand drill and drill bit helped. There was a small piece of metal shavings stuck in the head of one of the screws where the tool/bit enters the screw head, preventing the tool from entering the mounting hole. Using a magnifying glass, I was able to pry it out with the tip of a paper clip. The tools then worked perfectly. Nice looking product and well presented, albeit a bit pricey at $14.99. $9.99 would be more realistic, but I'm happy with the end result.
