The customer service I received was fantastic, they were very helpful with any problems we had during our trial period! Nothing that stands out as anything negative for this product at all so far - it's great to have access through multiple channels of communication (phone/email) which can be important in today’s world if something does go wrong or you need support quickly & easily throughout your working day etc., but not really applicable here since everything ran smoothly from setup right up until after their final payment came thru once work concluded within my client account :).
