After I put it to the test, I can attest that these glasses truly block harmful blue light emitted by computers .They have helped me reduce eye strain and headaches, especially during long hours of work. The classic design also goes well with any outfit. However the glasses may feel a bit tight around the ears after extended use. Overall, I highly recommend these glasses for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of computers..
