total failure. And I mean EPIC! Three branch side brushes hang from each corner of the mat, string and whatever else you can find. Every time I dealt with an issue, I barely looked away before it crashed again. The filters are so tight that it is almost necessary to break the dust collector housing to remove them. I thought at least the brushes were good and they were (on my very short pile carpet) but they got stuck (and I mean they got stuck to the point where the motor starts howling loudly) on others OEM brush carpets that used to be cleaned like a champ. i give it back Two days of CONSTANT anger and I'm done. Unless you're looking to replace a pathetic personal trainer, don't buy these because you WILL get one hell of an effective workout.
