I bought these because the lighting at my job is terrible and I often use a computer with multiple monitors there so I have a lot of glare that gives me a headache for an hour. I'm not exactly sure what this little test is supposed to do exactly, I tried a little test and don't think it was necessary to see the difference. After wearing them for a while I could really say they work. I also have a pair of pink tinted lenses which helped but distorted the color. Try them, they're inexpensive.
