Inadequate instructions and specifications
This phone system leaves a lot to be desired. The menu system is very confusing and extremely difficult to navigate. It's missing key features like the ability to block all calls during the night on a recurring schedule. Blocking all calls at night must be done daily and is then only valid for 12 hours. Adding a number to the blacklist is cryptic. Phones have a big button that says "block call" but it doesn't block calls that I wanted to block. The tiny instructions are totally inadequate. All in all a bad joke compared to the Panasonic system which costs a few bucks more but has many more useful features. Not recommended.
