I ruined my wall trying to get this to work. I drilled and measured everything before installing the anchors, but the manufacturer chose a terrible design to attach to your wall. You countersink a panel with 2 sets of holes and you then put a wall plug in the wall and then screw and hope to hang this towel rail with the 2 screws you just put in the wall. Does not happen. The hanging plant looks very amateurish and doesn't look like anything accurate at all. You can immediately see that the holes on the panels are different on each side. The manufacturer has lowered the perforated plate to a different depth on the right side of the towel rail, which does not match the depth of the perforated plate on the left side. Cannot be installed. Now you have to putty the wall, repaint, and return this scrap to the seller for a full refund. AVOID.
