For $100 it's fine. Seat padding is good. Everything looks solid. On the other hand, the headrest doesn't rise high enough. It also lacks many of the adjustments of my more expensive chair (e.g. can't recline the entire chair back, armrests can't move, etc.), but it was $200 more expensive, so I can't really complain. The only thing that really bothers me is that the armrest is cracked and the metal spool of the wheel has a deep cut. Overall, this is a good deal if you just want something that gets the job done and is comfortable.
