This is the third review I have written for this product, the previous two were invalidly rejected by Revain. I'll keep it short and sweet: I bought 3 cribs and a spare cover from this seller. The replacement cover came with a clear material defect, photographed. So, after a month of use, the defect turned into a crack, and the lid became unusable. The cover and cribs come with a one year warranty which was one of the reasons I bought them so I tried contacting the seller to get a replacement. I could describe what happened next in one word: nothing. Repeated contact attempts in different ways, no response. No one. Undeterred and still looking for a replacement, I took apart the torn cover, made a pattern, bought some fabric and made another, much prettier and more colorful change cover that fitted perfectly. Happy ending, yes, thanks, well done. She? Not as much.
