I don't like these hooks at all! They were frustrating to work with because the yarn didn't slide over the hooks like the higher quality soft shank metal hooks I usually use. The entire shank is straight (it doesn't have a dimple in the middle to hold it like other hooks) and is tricky to use because the yarn is constantly snagging on the tip of the hook. They were also too light. I bought and upgraded to a better quality metal bar and soft grip hook. But then my project didn't even exist. So I started over, disappointment! I would send them back but shipping will probably cost the same as buying. Buyer Warning!
