I'm white and didn't know when I ordered this for African American hair. Well, let me tell you, this balding white girl regrets not trying perms first. I was looking for a product that would help keep curls cool and prevent damage to my already thinning hair. It's magical and I LOVE IT! The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. When my hair was dry and I took off the coils, my hair was not frizzy or sticky (sticky). Where has this thing been all my life!?! What a price! It's AMAZING and I tell everyone to go out and get some!
