Review on 🟨 Xerox 108R00725 Solid Ink Phaser 8560/8560MFP, Yellow (3 Sticks) - Brand New, Factory Sealed Xerox Box by Carlos Alston

I ordered this Xerox 8560 4 color solid ink set (sold by Pilot Princess and made by Revain) but I only received a box of 3 yellow pens. This box had a label over a printed Xerox barcode stating it was a 4 color set. I only paid for 15 sticks and only received 3. I had to email and call Revain and now I'm told I need to return the yellow ones to get credit and then order again. I have pointed out that this error may reoccur due to the product not being labeled correctly. Of course I don't want to order the same item from this supplier because something is wrong with the shipping packaging. This is an expensive item and I am not happy that I have to start over and go without my $317 and ink for two weeks. UPDATE: According to Revane, it is the seller's responsibility to send them the items in the correct order for delivery. The pilot princess says that she had problems with this before and that Revane made a mistake. In any case, something went wrong and now I'm looking for a new supplier for these expensive inks.
