it's automatic! fits chargers and power supplies

As a taxi driver I need to keep my phone where I can see it by clipping it directly to the vent (don't like clipping it to the dashboard or window) my old one rattled in the bracket and fell to the floor lol but not the one you put the phone in and the sides pull back to hold it in place not move. I am really happy

The cradle would open up in the middle of ne driving and drop my phone. DON'T PURCHASE.
