I will work with the seller but .I've had this less than 6 months and just last week the gas bottle broke and the chair won't hold up to the seat height ! I sit in it and the chair falls to its lowest height! I bought this to replace a 15 year old office chair that had broken the plastic armrests holding the backrest. I have spent less than a hundred on this braced chair and have never had this problem. This time I upgraded but after 4 months it failed! I wish I could make a recommendation, but apparently "you do NOT get what you pay for" because my chair, which cost about a third of that amount, lasted 15 years. In fact, I now use a chair with no backrest and armrests in my workshop. This is the perfect stool for me to use while working on projects and it still rises and falls and holds its height which this new expensive chair doesn't!
