I chose this product because of the price and the reviews. At first I wanted the fully adjustable swing arms that you see on other monitor mounts, but chose them mainly because I didn't need full mobility all the time. This is a kind of "set and forget" bracket. absolutely perfect for my applications. I noticed a 360 degree rotation when checking, but when I tried it, it worked fine for me. All of the hardware was solid, and even when I banged on the table, the monitors shook a bit, but they stayed in place. Also keep in mind that when it comes to positioning your monitors after installation, everything is pretty tight (which isn't a bad thing). just a note! I will buy another one for my wife, she saw mine and was jealous! If I have to blame him for one thing, it's the Vesa mounts you put on the back of your monitors. It will be different for each monitor, but just play around with the screw/standoff configuration until you find one that works. I ended up using thinner spacers with shorter screws (couldn't use washers - they wouldn't engage the screws), but as I said, you just need to play around with them a bit to get the right combination. First follow the instructions. then go from there if their configuration didn't work for you (I have an old monitor and a very new one, I had to play with each one to get the right combination). Otherwise a really great product for the price. I am very impressed! Highly recommended!
