Bought this specifically to carry board games to convention. It gets the job done without being heavy for me to lift into the trunk. Protects my games well from the elements and the plastic tray in the lid is great for storing dice, pins, chips and extra game pieces. The only thing to watch out for is that the telescopic handle rests against the lid, so you have to drag the chest with you. Also, I'm very glad I bought it and it saves my games at home well too.
