It was easy for my team as well our clients who use it! I feel like we are getting so much value out there from other vendors but not realizing what's right in front us when using this one tool alone!! Greatly reduces email exchanges between myself or teams members working remotely together at different times around world time zones without missing any details - super important if you know your business requirements very clearly before going into implementation stage. The ability to organize your contacts in one place, with different levels of access depending on who you are - including friends, business contacts, etc. I also like that all my information is stored securely online. There's nothing to dislike about this service so far. I'm using it for managing my contact lists, scheduling appointments, and keeping up with work-related events. It's a very helpful service when used wisely.
