A few years ago I bought a hard floor cleaner and found it to be a must for ceramic tile and hardwood floors. He pours in the cleaning solution, rubs it gently but vigorously, and sucks the dirty water back into a separate tank. But the machine lost its appeal - it didn't scrub and dry as well anymore. A new set of brushes and a new filter and we're back in business. Hooray!
