Generally an excellent kneeling chair. The padding is particularly good as it is thick and very comfortable. The rest of the family doesn't understand the value of a kneeling chair, but it does help with posture and relieves some of the common aches and pains that come with using a traditional task chair and improper seating arrangement. The assembly wasn't too difficult. for this chair, but the instructions could be better. Little things like the pair of holes that the screw fits in and why are the extra holes even needed? What I noticed is that the screws are not tight and there is play and the chair rattles when moving. Although the chair is sturdy, that throbbing/grating noise makes you think about durability. I'm also not happy with the locking mechanism on the steering wheel. Part of a wheelchair rolls it, but locking a wheel doesn't make sense to me.
