straight element. I use them to even out the height of the pieces in the showcases. They work well for this purpose, although the 5x5 flexes a bit when over 8 ounces. Update 9-21-16: Better packaging. They came in a more fitted box with a protective film on either side of each riser. The material also looks a bit thicker. There isn't a comfortable comparison mic, but they are noticeably thicker (and stiffer) compared to the old ones I ordered. Improvements are welcome.
