Review on DOUBLEDRIVE Screwdriver Precision Wristband DD65910 by Michael Tegan

This is the 4th .Double drive I bought. I bought the first three in Lowe a long time ago. 1 for my service truck, 1 for my shop and 1 as a gift because I've loved them for a long time. I bought this because I temporarily lost both of my old ones and needed to get one quick as I use it all the time. I chose this kit which comes with a precision driver. The tip of the precision driver is glued at an angle, causing it to wobble when in use. And the gears on both will lock up at some point every revolution. I don't recall my originals doing this at all. Anyway, I've found my originals, heavenly where I put them (they're always right when you left them), and they run so much smoother than the new one that's in the toolbox now as a backup. However, despite its shortcomings, the precision driver is so much more convenient than the older solid-state precision drivers that I use it often. In my opinion the quality of this screwdriver has dropped a bit over the years, but it's still a good tool to have on hand when you need it. PS I like the new mount grip. It was a nice upgrade to toss all the bits in the palm of your hand and look for the right bit while trying not to drop it down the stairs. Hope that helps.
